The Three Doors Masterclass
In one live session: how to earn trust in the first five minutes, stop the hesitation that kills your close, and walk away with more deals and bigger commissions — without ever sounding like a salesperson.
Kiva Geiger · The Sales Guy
It’s already in you.
The trait you were told was too much — too quiet, too intense, too analytical, too emotional — is the one that earns trust and closes deals. I help capable people find it and use it.

Where I’ve sold, led, and coached

$10K
at 30,000 feet
One conversation on a long flight home. A $10,000 client. And I never pitched her once.
The real problem
Buyers have been burned. They can smell a pitch before your first sentence ends. So you work twice as hard, and still:
More closing tricks won’t fix that. Being trusted like a friend will. People buy from friends.
How to use it
There are only three doors into anyone. Ask one open question, listen for the door that opens, and walk through it with them.
Job
“My work is my hobby.”
Hobby
“I’ve got the Seahawks game.”
Family
“I’ve got my kids this weekend.”
Then go deeper: What do you want? What’s stopping you? What if nothing changes?
Work with me
In one live session: how to earn trust in the first five minutes, stop the hesitation that kills your close, and walk away with more deals and bigger commissions — without ever sounding like a salesperson.
One live day for capable sales professionals who are tired of performing below what they know they can do. Uncover the pattern, rebuild the identity that caps your income, and take it straight into real deals.
Your turn
Every time it comes up, you reach for the next course, the next script, the next AI tool — looking outside for what has been inside you all along.
Your vulnerability is your credibility.
Who is Kiva
Growing up, I always felt a little out of place. So I studied people. I mirrored them so they’d like me. That became my edge in sales: pattern recognition and likability. It also meant I spent years burying who I actually was.
As an account manager at Verizon, I worked mall kiosks side by side with client teams, selling in front of them so they could see it done. I still live by it: I’ll never tell somebody to do something I haven’t done myself.
Today I work with 7- and 8-figure business owners and their teams, and I help capable people find the hidden pattern holding them back — from a bartender breaking into tech sales to a car salesman reaching six figures.
I’m Kiva, the sales guy.
Featured conversation
I sat down with NASA astronaut Mike Hopkins to talk about performing when the stakes are as high as they get. The same rules show up in every sales conversation: stay calm, stay curious, trust your preparation.
