Using this site
This site is operated by Kiva Geiger. By using it you agree to these terms. The writing, images, logo and course material on it are mine, and are not licensed for reuse without permission. You may of course link to any page.
Waitlists and registration
Joining a waitlist reserves nothing and costs nothing. Dates, times, venues, prices and what is included are not final until confirmed to you in writing, and may change. Seats at the live sessions are capped; a place is only yours once I confirm it.
Tickets and payment
No payment is collected on this website. If and when tickets go on sale, the price, the refund and transfer policy, and the terms of sale will be set out at the point of purchase, and those terms will govern the purchase.
What the training is, and isn’t
The masterclass, the live event and anything written here are sales and mindset training, offered for education. They are not financial, legal, medical or psychological advice, and they are not therapy. Nothing here is a promise of income, results or any particular outcome — what you get out of it depends on your market, your effort and a great many things outside my control. Any figures mentioned describe what specific people have done, not what you should expect.
Emails
If you join a list, I’ll email you about what you signed up for and closely related training. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using the site or applying the material. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
